8月11日起，绵阳市第三人民医院高新院区正式开设全市首个“骑手门诊”，为外卖骑手、快递骑手们提供1元挂号，体检7.5折优惠，还开通挂号、就诊、缴费、检查、取药的“绿色通道”。医院还为前来就诊的前100名骑手准备了装有外伤药品和防暑物资的“健康包”。（封面新闻记者 周家夷）
