In this era of surging technological advancement, artificial intelligence has transcended its once-distant conceptual status to profoundly permeate every fiber of the fashion design landscape, driving comprehensive transformation across the industry.

Today, AI is no longer a cold, detached technology orbiting the periphery of fashion. In the ever-evolving journey of fashion, technology and creativity have never embraced so intimately.We look forward to seeing young designers break free from the shackles of binary thinking that pits technology against fashion, and transform AI from a mere cold tool for auxiliary creation into a catalyst that sparks creativity. 参赛资格

QUALIFICATION

凡爱好服装设计，年龄在18-45岁者均可报名参赛。

Anyone engaged in fashion design and age 18-45 is qualified to participate.

参赛方法及截稿日期

PARTICIPATION AND DEADLINE

1、参赛者可于2025年6月13日开始在“虎门服装”公众号、http://art.cfw.cn、莞服云微信公众号上查看相关资料。

2、凡志愿参加者填报参赛表格，务必将参赛表格联同参赛作品效果图于2025年8月18日前寄到大赛组委会；参赛表格可在“虎门服装”公众号、CFW服装设计网（http://art.cfw.cn/）、莞服云微信公众号下载。海外选手可在寄稿之后将电子稿件发至邮箱whitneyhuang@163.com，国内稿件无需发送电子稿。

评选方法

SELECTION

1、 评选分为初赛、总决赛两阶段进行。

2、 报名截稿后，由评委对来稿进行初审，选出30个系列入围总决赛，入围作品将进行公示一周，组委会于9月上旬在“虎门服装”官方微信公众号上公布入围选手名单（参赛选手可查阅初评结果），并以书面形式通知入围选手制作实物参加决赛。

I、 The competition will carry through preliminary and final.

II、The judges will evaluate the works based on the rules after the deadline; 30 works will be selected for the final, and these 30 shortlisted works will be made public. The organizing committee will announce the name list of finalists on official WeChat account in early September and formally notify them with written form to make preparation for the final.

参赛作品要求

DEMANDS ON WORKS

一、主题：智衣共生·数造新章

二、范围：女装（面料、材料不限）

三、参赛作品必须是同一个主题（概念）的原创系列设计，每个系列4套服装，其中1套为展示个人艺术才华和风格的创意设计，3套，配合整个系列所选择的主题元素，进行商业化衍生，着重突出商业价值和市场潜力。

四、参赛者需提供以下相关材料：

1、参赛报名表

2、提交“4”套女装系列彩色效果图，“4”套作品画在同一张效果图，规格(A3:297mmx420mm)，手绘及电脑绘制均可，创意设计的一套请用铅笔标注“创意设计”。效果图背面需附上以下资料：（1）左上角附：主题名称、设计思想（不超过50字）；（2）右上角附：姓名、性别、出生年月、国籍、毕业（在读）学校、服务单位、E-mail、联系电话（注：所有文字必须用母语和英语书写）；并附身份证复印件以及大一寸彩色照片1张（用信封装好）。

3、正背面款式图及面料实物小样（8cmx8cm）

4、所有参赛材料必须与作品装订成册。

五、所有参赛材料一律不退，请自留底稿。在参赛期间所绘制的参赛作品及成衣，组委会有权进行宣传、出版发行和演出。

六、来稿必须是未发表过的原创作品，如发现一稿多投或抄袭，则视为无效稿件。

I、Subject:Symbiosis of Intelligence and Apparel: Weaving a Digital Future

II、Range: Women’s wear (all fabric & material available).

III、Participants’ design should include 4 suits (1+3 mode). 1 suit of creative design that shows participants’ fashion style, creativity and aesthetic taste; 3 suits of market-oriented design that present strong market positioning and value. The 4 suits must be original design and designed under the same concept.

2、 Design and complete the series of women’s wear (4 suits) according to the theme of the competition. All 4 suits should be drawn on one drawing(A3 Size:297mmx420mm), mark out the creative one with pencil. On the opposite side: (1) subject, design illustration(maximum 50 words) written on the left top; (2) name, sex, date of birth, nationality, school of graduation, education, working company, address of working company, E-mail and telephone number on the right top(all must be filled in your native language and English);one copy of ID card and color photo(as used for passport)should be attached(packed with an envelope and well sealed);

3、front and back pattern drawing;

4、sample of the fabric & material (8cmx8cm).

5、All materials for competition shall be bound with works.

V、Materials for competition will not be returned, please keep the manuscripts. The organizing committee shall have the right to promote, publish and display the works and apparels made by participants during the competition.

VI、The contribution must be the works never published. Such works contributed more than once are regarded as invalid manuscript.

决赛日期，地点及有关事宜

DATE/PLACE OF FINAL AND MATTERS CONCERNED

1、 决赛时间暂定于11月中（具体时间以入围通知书为准）；2、 决赛地点：中国广东省东莞市虎门镇（具体地点以入围通知书为准）；

3、 入围选手必须携带参赛作品于决赛前3天（北京时间）到达决赛地点（具体时间以入围通知书为准）；

4、 获得金、银、铜奖的作品由组委会收藏。

III、 Finalists should arrive at the final place 3 days ahead of the final night (Peking Time). (The specific time is subject to the notification)

IV、The costume works awarded the gold ,silver and bronze prize have to be kept by the organizing committee.

奖励办法

ENCOURAGEMENT

（一）奖项设置

1、 对获奖者颁发奖金、奖杯、证书。

（1）金奖1名：奖金10万元人民币，颁发奖杯、证书；

（2）银奖2名：奖金各6万元人民币，颁发奖杯、证书；

（3）铜奖3名：奖金各3万元人民币，颁奖奖杯、证书；

（4）最佳商业价值奖1名：奖金2万元人民币，颁发奖杯、证书；

（5）最佳工艺奖1名：奖金2万元人民币，颁发奖杯、证书；

（6）最佳创意奖1名：奖金2万元人民币，颁发奖杯、证书；

（7）优秀奖5名：奖金各1万元人民币，颁发证书；（8）入围者：颁发证书。

1、直接奖励

（1）设计师资源包：所有获奖选手将获得流行趋势资讯和AI设计工具使用权；

（2）组委会将为金银铜获奖作品拍摄时尚大片。

2、创业资源包（所有入围选手可享）

（1）产业园区或设计师工作室入驻优惠政策；

（2）流量推送及曝光度支持福利；

（3）企业合作款开发及市场转化机会；

（4）通过服装产业数字化云平台及线下交流对接会，为入围选手提供企业品牌合作机会。

5、 获奖作品将在专业报刊、杂志及网上发表；决赛现场由有关电视台录播。

（三）交通食宿补贴

1、所有到场参加决赛的入围选手，组委会将根据选手实际产生的交通费进行补贴（每组作品补贴一人的费用），其中：欧美地区选手补贴最高不超过一万元（人民币），亚洲地区（中国除外）选手补贴最高不超过五千元（人民币），中国地区选手补贴最高不超过三千元（人民币）。；

2、入围选手在虎门参赛期间由组委会提供免费食宿；

（以上所有奖金金额均为税前，组委会保留最终解释权）

I、Awards & Prizes

The winners will be awarded bonus, cup and certificate.

1.One gold prize: 100,000RMB, cup and certificate;

2. Two silver prizes: 60,000 RMB, cup and certificate;

3. Three bronze prizes: 30,000 RMB, cup and certificate;

4. One Best Commercial Value Award: 20,000RMB, cup and certificate;

5. One Best Craftsmanship Award: 20,000RMB, cup and certificate;

6. One Best Creativity Award: 20,000RMB, cup and certificate;

7.Five excellence prizes: 10,000 RMB, certificate;8. Finalist prizes: certificate.

III、Travel & Accommodation Support1. Traffic Subsidy(Finalists attending The Final): Reimbursement for actual travel expenses (one person per entry), capped at:

·European and American finalists: 10,000RMB

·Asian finalists(excluding China): 5,000RMB

·Chinese finalists: 3,000RMB2. The organizing committee offers free accommodation during the final for the finalists.

(Note: Bonuses are pre-tax. The organizing committee reserves all rights.)
