人民财讯8月11日电，汇通能源(600605)8月11日晚间公告，公司拟通过股权转让及增资方式，获得兴华芯（绍兴）半导体科技有限公司（简称“兴华芯”）7.43%股权，总交易对价1.95亿元。
当兴华芯一期产线的月交货量达到设计满产水平，公司拟按照不高于2元/股（含2元）的价格进一步增资兴华芯或继续收购兴华芯的股权。
