北京时间8月11日，据知名记者罗马诺消息，热刺为萨维尼奥开出5000万欧的报价，但曼城想要更多。
该记者表示：“关于萨维尼奥和热刺的独家报道，托特纳姆热刺已经送出了第一份报价，价值5000万欧元——但曼城希望得到更多。
谈判仍在进行中，曼城愿意出售，因为萨维尼奥对转会很感兴趣，但必须满足他们的条件。交易正在进行中。”
据此前消息称，曼城希望要价超过5000万英镑（约合5780万欧元）。
