当地时间8月10日上午，联合国安理会就巴以局势召开紧急公开会。巴勒斯坦常驻联合国观察员曼苏尔在会上发问：“为何以色列在犯下种种罪行后，还能安坐于联合国席位？”曼苏尔还说，“如果换作他国，安理会早已采取制裁措施。正是对以色列的有罪不罚导致其疯狂。”
