8月11日，赛腾股份（603283）发布公告，股东曾慧将其持有的909万股办理质押，占其直接持股的17.43%及公司总股本的3.26%；同时解除质押669万股，占其所持股份的12.83%及公司总股本的2.40%。
截至公告披露日，曾慧累计质押股份为2114万股，占其持股的40.53%及公司总股本的7.59%。
2025年一季度，赛腾股份实现收入7.30亿元，归母净利润6836万元。
