人民财讯8月11日电，企查查APP显示，近日，长华（定边）油田开发有限公司成立，注册资本3000万元，经营范围包含：碳减排、碳转化、碳捕捉、碳封存技术研发；陆地石油和天然气开采；非煤矿山矿产资源开采等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由中国石油全资持股。
