中原高速（600020）发布公告，监事会主席冯可因工作调整申请辞职，辞职时间为2025年8月8日。冯可在任期间未履行完毕的公开承诺，且辞职后将不再担任公司任何职务。
根据公告，冯可的辞职不会导致公司监事会成员低于法定人数，因此不会影响监事会的正常运行。
2025年一季度，中原高速实现收入12.99亿元，归母净利润3.56亿元。
