8月7日以来，甘肃兰州市榆中县遭遇强降雨引发山洪灾害，已致10人死亡、33人失联。险情发生后，中国安能集团第一时间启动响应机制。8月9日6时许，中国安能先遣侦测组徒步进入受灾核心区域开展灾情侦测工作目前，救援队伍已全力投入榆中县通往马坡乡的S104省道道路抢通以及河道疏浚任务中，全力打通抢险救灾“生命线”。（记者 张奕丹 素材来源：中国安能）
