据央视新闻，国家金融监督管理总局最新统计，今年上半年全国普惠型涉农贷款、粮食重点领域贷款投放均保持较快增长，利率水平则继续下降。截至6月末，全国普惠型涉农贷款余额13.94万亿元，较年初增长8.34%；全国粮食重点领域贷款余额5.1万亿元，较年初增长13.5%。今年1-6月全国新发放的普惠型涉农贷款平均利率同比下降0.61个百分点，继续保持下降趋势。
