近期，一项最新研究成果将中国恐龙足迹分布记录的最南端“刷新”至北部湾沿岸。据介绍，此次“刷新记录”的足迹为约4平方米的岩块保存的7枚兽脚类足迹，于2021年在位于广西南部、濒临北部湾的东兴市楠木山村被发现。
