每经AI快讯，8月5日，中兴通讯(000063.SZ)公告称，公司已完成发行35.84亿元零息美元结算于2030年到期的H股可转换债券。扣除费用后，债券认购所得款项净额约为4.943亿美元（折合人民币约35.43亿元），公司拟将该等债券所得款项用于加强公司算力产品研发投入。预期债券将于香港联交所上市及买卖许可将于2025年8月6日生效。
