8月4日深夜，海航发文回应旅客购买“海航PLUS会员权益卡”出现卡密泄露的问题。据悉，海航PLUS会员权益卡在授权第三方平台销售时，订单卡密链接为纯数字ID，遭黑客“撞库”盗取，随后二手平台涌现低价转卖，用户激活时才发现卡密失效。
