据大连市纪委监委8月4日消息，大连洁净能源集团有限公司原党委书记、董事长邵阳涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正接受大连市纪委监委纪律审查和监察调查。
邵阳，1966年10月出生，研究生学历，教授级高级工程师，曾任大连热电股份有限公司董事长，大连洁净能源集团有限公司党委书记、董事长等职务。
