白云电器8月4日公告，公司已取得中国工商银行广州大德路支行出具的《融资承诺函》，承诺为公司回购事宜提供不超过1800万元且不高于回购股票金额的90%的专项回购贷款，贷款期限不超过3年，贷款用于回购白云电器股票。具体贷款事宜以双方签订的贷款合同为准。
