连日暴雨自7月28日以来重创台湾中南部，据台当局消防部门8月3日晚最新数据，已造成4死74伤、3人失踪。台气象部门预计，4日中南部仍不排除有大暴雨。因应强降雨，高雄市、台南市、嘉义县、南投县及屏东县等县市多地区4日停止上班、上课。（新华社）
