财联社8月3日电，领益智造(002600.SZ)公告称，公司拟通过发行可转换公司债券及支付现金的方式向常州优融等8名交易对方购买其合计持有的江苏科达66.46%股权，并拟向不超过35名特定对象发行股份募集配套资金。深交所并购重组审核委员会定于8月8日召开2025年第8次并购重组审核委员会审议会议，审核公司本次重组事项。
