8月2日，怀柔区防汛办提示：8月2日17时35分对喇叭沟门满族乡、长哨营满族乡、汤河口镇、宝山镇、雁栖镇、怀北镇、桥梓镇、渤海镇、九渡河镇、庙城镇、怀柔镇、泉河街道、龙山街道升级启动防汛二级应急响应。琉璃庙镇、北房镇、杨宋镇继续启动防汛一级应急响应。
