在纽卡拒绝利物浦1.2亿镑的首份报价后，红军方面将为伊萨克准备第二份报价。据悉该报价达1.4亿镑，已经离纽卡要求的1.5亿镑非常接近。
红军将向纽卡提供8000万镑的首付，第二年再支付剩余的5000万镑，加上1000万镑的附加条款。
这份报价将对纽卡来说非常有吸引力，这笔8000万镑的资金可以立即用于今夏转会。
