8月1日，国联成长优选混合（010008）发布公告，国联基金管理有限公司增聘杜超为新任基金经理，任职日期为2025年7月30日。
杜超拥有9年的证券从业经验，其中6年为证券投资管理经验。他毕业于南京航空航天大学，持有基金从业资格，并曾在中国银行软件中心任职。
公司将继续由杜超与另一位基金经理王可汗共同管理。
