7月31日晚上7时，局部大暴雨导致普陀区芝川路和大渡河路部分路段积水，深达60cm，近10辆车抛锚，普陀区宜昌消防救援站一车7人接警后迅速到场处置，一方面用车载泵和手抬泵进行抽水排涝作业，另一方面组织人力疏散被困群众及车辆。经2小时的排涝作业，水位已明显下降，目前救援还在紧张进行中。
