格隆汇7月31日丨九鼎投资(600053.SH)公布，公司近日收到控股股东九鼎集团及其一致行动人江西紫星和紫星商业的通知，九鼎集团已将其持有的江西紫星100%股权转让给紫星商业，并已办理完成了相关工商变更登记手续。本次股权结构变动前后，公司的控股股东及实际控制人均未发生变化，公司控股股东仍为九鼎集团。
