7月31日，太盟投资集团（PAG）旗下数字基础设施平台FLOW Digital Infrastructure（简称FLOW）宣布，其位于东京市中心的新数据中心已开工建设。该新数据中心由两栋建筑组成，分别命名为TK7和TK8，总IT负载达30MW。首栋建筑TK7的IT负载为6MW，计划于2027年第一季度投入使用。随着TK7和TK8的推出，FLOW在日本、韩国、菲律宾和马来西亚的资产布局将扩展至11处，当前及规划中的IT容量超过170MW。
