7月31日，三丰智能（300276）发布公告，2025年7月30日，公司收到瑞安市监察委员会工作电话通知，瑞安市监察委员会已解除对陈巍的管护。目前公司生产经营情况正常，陈巍能够正常履行董事职责。
2025年一季度，三丰智能实现收入2.89亿元，归母净利润581万元。
