《科创板日报》31日讯，国际半导体产业协会（SEMI）的最新数据显示，2025年第二季度全球硅晶圆出货量达到3327百万平方英寸，与2024年同期的3035百万平方英寸相比增长9.6%。环比来看，出货量较今年第一季度的2896百万平方英寸增长14.9%，显示出存储器以外的部分领域开始出现复苏迹象。
