智通财经APP讯，元续科技(08637)公布，公司联营公司及MetaOptics Technologies Pte. Ltd.的控股公司MetaOptics Ltd正申请于新加坡交易所证券交易有限公司凯利板上市，并在今日递交初步发售文件。
于本公告日期，公司在MetaOptics Ltd股权间接持有约15.0%。执行董事余伟娟女士为MetaOptics Ltd的非独立及非执行董事。非执行董事程章金先生为 MetaOptics Ltd的执行董事、主席兼行政总裁，并透过其于Angelling Capital Holdings Limited拥有100%全部股权，被视为于MetaOptics Ltd股份中享有约 27.1%的权益。
