渣打集团(02888)发布公告，渣打集团有限公司确认，今日已就委任 Phil Rivett 为董事会风险委员会主席接获审慎监管局的监管批准及取得金融行为监管局的同意，该委任自2025年8月1日起生效。彼自2025年5月8日起已暂任董事会风险委员会主席一职。
在 Jackie Hunt 就出任审核委员会主席职务接获监管批准前，Phil 将继续留任审核委员会主席。
