财联社7月30日电，哈投股份(600864.SH)公告称，大正集团计划自公告之日起十五个交易日后的三个月内，通过证券交易所以集中竞价交易方式减持不超过20,805,705股，不超过公司总股本的1%。减持股份来源为发行股份购买资产取得，减持原因为自身经营需求。
