受今年第8号台风“竹节草”影响，预计29日夜里到30日夜里本市将出现陆地阵风8-9级，沿江沿海地区阵风可达10级，上海中心气象台2025年07月29日20时00分更新台风蓝色预警信号为台风黄色预警信号。市防汛指挥部决定同步将全市防汛防台Ⅳ级响应行动更新为全市防汛防台Ⅲ级响应行动。
