7月29日，中远海特公告称，全资子公司将从中远海发下属公司处，光租租入4 艘9000吨级特种液货船（2 艘五星旗普通船和2 艘非五星旗冰级船），租期约15 年，4艘特种液货船在交付后每年支付光租租金约为1469万元/艘。中远海特和和中远海发的间接控股股东均为中国远洋海运集团有限公司，本次交易构成关联交易。（时代财经 何铭亮）
