人民财讯7月29日电，万通智控(300643)7月29日晚间公告，公司于公告披露日与上海深明奥思半导体科技有限公司（简称“深明奥斯”）经平等自愿协商，签订了《板卡具身智能领域独家授权销售及合作合同》。深明奥斯授权万通智控在具身智能大模型域控领域制作并销售基于深明奥斯的大模型芯片Fellow 1制作的板卡。现定的独家授权期限为5年，自原合同签订之日起算。
