当地时间7月29日，乌克兰第聂伯罗彼得罗夫斯克州军政管理局通报称，当天凌晨，俄军使用导弹袭击了该州卡缅斯克市，已造成2人死亡、5人受伤。此外，袭击还导致包括医疗设施在内的民用设施受损。
