7月28日20时起，北京市将启动防汛一级应急响应。全市轨道交通地面线、高架线将适时采取降速、控制列车间距离等措施。当站外出现积水情况时，及时增加挡水板防止雨水倒灌。遇极端情况，将立即采取封闭车站、区段停运等措施，全力保障乘客人身财产安全。北京交通部门提示在京群众，暴雨红色预警期间，非必要不外出。（记者：张骁）
