开山股份7月28日公告，下属公司OTP Geothermal Pte.,Ltd.和KS Orka Renewables Pte.Ltd.分别与PT SUPRACO INDONESIA签署《有条件股权收购协议》，合计以300万美元现金收购Supraco持有的Sorik Marapi地热能有限公司(SMGP)全部股份。交易完成后，OTP将持有SMGP98.57%的股份，KSO将持有SMGP1.43%的股份，即公司持有SMGP100%股份。预计对2025年度净利润影响较小。
