7月28日中午，北京升级发布暴雨红色预警。北京青年报记者获悉，目前，颐和园、景山、北海、北京动物园、国家植物园、香山、陶然亭、玉渊潭、紫竹院、百望山等市属公园已临时闭园，开放时间视雨情而定。
