7月27日，北京密云水库开启泄流，大量鱼类流入下游。在下游的部分河道，有个别市民准备了“家伙事儿”捞鱼。水务部门紧急提醒，泄流期间，河道水流湍急，存在安全隐患，市民应远离河道，避免在危险区域活动。
