据国铁呼和浩特局消息，今天中午受河北省张家口市西洋河水库泄洪影响，采取封锁措施主动避险的京包客运专线兴和北站至怀安站区间，于19时40分起解除线路封锁。铁路部门动态调整列车运行方案，当日恢复开行3趟、临时增开3趟呼和浩特、包头始发的进京高铁和动车组列车。（央视新闻）
