中国电建作为老挝最大的电力承包商，近日，EPC总承包的亚洲首个跨境输电新能源项目—孟松600兆瓦山地风电项目，首批300兆瓦装机实现商业运行。孟松600兆瓦山地风电项目是老挝首个、东南亚单体最大风电项目。由中国电建所属华东院牵头，水电十局、湖北工程公司共同参与建设。
