日前，有网友在人民日报地方领导留言板上留言说，在沈阳市国土空间总体规划中，道义大街有设置一条快速路，目前道义大街拥堵严重，沈北人民进城时间较长，具体什么时间建设。
官方回复称，道义大街在沈阳国土空间规划中，规划为快速路，规划实施以及未来建设情况，需要政府进一步统筹决策。
