金逸影视7月25日晚间公告，经公司审议通过，股份回购协议已于2024年5月10日生效。截至本公告披露日，公司已累计收到1亿元，股份回购协议未尽事宜尚需回购义务方根据协议及本次签署的《关于深圳市中汇影视文化传播股份有限公司之股份回购协议之补充协议》的约定执行。
