北京商报讯（记者 岳品瑜 董晗萱）7月24日，人民银行上海市分行发布非银行支付机构变更事项许可信息。其中，同意上海盛付通电子支付服务有限公司（以下简称"盛付通支付"）变更注册资本为3亿元；同意盛付通支付变更徐晶为公司监事。此前，盛付通支付注册资本为2.5亿元。
