据记者Brett Siegel此前的报道，吉迪和公牛的续约暂时没有进展，吉迪方面想要一份类似萨格斯（5年1.5亿）和奎克利（5年1.62亿）的合同，目前没有降低年薪3000万的要价。而公牛提供的新合同不超过4年，均薪2000万左右。
