7月24日，开创国际（600097）发布公告，公司的全资子公司与福建省马尾造船股份有限公司签订了两份《船舶设计建造合同》，每艘船舶建造价格为1.84亿元。此次建造的两艘金枪鱼围网渔船将替换已于2020年拆解的金汇7号和整体船况不佳的金汇6号。
合同规定，船舶交付日期分别为2027年3月14日和2027年4月14日，且建造费用的支付将分为六期。
2025年一季度，开创国际实现收入5.83亿元，归母净利润1292万元。
