据慕尼黑再保险消息，现慕尼黑再保险集团董事会主席魏宁（现年60岁）因个人原因，于2025年12月31日后不再担任董事会职务，并决定在公司“2025战略发展目标”完成后正式退休。Christoph Jurecka（现年50岁）被任命接任董事会主席一职，该任命将于2026年1月1日生效。
监事会任命薄凯南（Andrew Buchanan）为董事会成员，该任命将于2026年1月1日生效，他将接替Christoph Jurecka博士，担任慕尼黑再保险集团CFO。Robin Johnson被任命为董事会成员，该任命自2025年8月1日起生效，同时将出任集团新设的首席技术官（CTO）一职。
