根据菲律宾国家减灾委发布的消息，截至当地时间7月24日清晨6点，受今年第6号台风“韦帕”、第7号台风“范斯高”、第8号台风“竹节草”以及西南季风等天气系统的综合影响，菲律宾已经有12人死亡，8人失踪，受灾人口超过273万。（CCTV国际时讯）
