马可数字科技（01942）发布公告，2025年7月23日，公司的间接全资附属公司中保香港于目标公司KUN International Group Limited及关联方、目标集团、现有投资者及其他投资者签订购股协议。
KUN International Group Limited同意配发及发行，公司同意认购75万股优先股，金额为600万美元。
KUN International Group Limited经营稳定币的支付及金融基础服务平台鲲KUN。完成后，75万股优先股占目标公司已发行股本总数约5.27%。
