工业和信息化部消费品工业司司长何亚琼在7月24日举办的电动自行车相关标准政策新闻发布会上表示，修订的强制性国家标准《电动自行车安全技术规范》将于2025年9月1日正式实施。新国标在电动自行车的生产端、流通端、管理端、服务端都提出了具体要求。
