北京时间7月24日，据之前相关报道，火箭在涉及杜兰特的七队大交易中，将杰伦-格林送到了太阳。
据球衣记者Etienne Catalan报道，杰伦-格林在太阳将继续身穿4号球衣，太阳4号球衣的原主人伊戈达罗（2024年次轮秀）将在新赛季改穿11号球衣。
太阳11号球衣的原主人为中锋波尔-波尔，他与太阳的合同在今夏到期，据之前相关报道，太阳不会与他完成续约。
