新华社北京7月23日电(记者邵艺博、冯歆然)自7月24日起，印度将时隔五年恢复向中国公民发放旅游签证。外交部发言人郭嘉昆23日在例行记者会上表示，中方愿同印方保持沟通与协商，不断提升两国人员往来便利化水平。
“我们注意到这一积极举措。推动人员往来便利化符合各方共同利益。”郭嘉昆说。
