长崎成功丸在官方公告中表示，名仓巧目前正在家中休养，未来将接受化疗。
现年27岁的名仓巧于2018年1月加盟长崎成功丸，除了2022赛季被短暂租借至仙台七夕外，他一直效力于长崎成功丸，本赛季他共代表球队各项赛事出场13次，打入1球。
